If you don't know yet, here in Louisiana and surrounding areas we had one hell of a natural disaster. South Louisiana received about 20 inches of rain in 2 days, starting August 13th, and it continued to rain for days. It is bad, very bad. So much rain in such a short amount of time made the rivers, bayous, ponds, and drain ditches rise very quickly and get overloaded. The water quickly had nowhere else to go. So, much of Louisiana ended up under water. 3 people in Louisiana died and many, many more lost everything.
