So, we are pretty particular about the food we eat. I know many people are not, and I’m not judging anyone.
But I want everything as close to the earth as possible. Aka limiting artificial things in food and choosing organic.
When my sister started using Natalie for her birthday cakes, I wasn’t as aware as I am now of the problems with artificial things in food.
But, I knew she made AMAZING cakes that were always gorgeous and delicious. They were over the top with the design too!
But as I learned about artificial ingredients, I learned that Natalie makes cakes for food sensitivities and without anything artificial in them at all.
That came in VERY handy when Floyd was diagnosed with about 7 allergies, all of them being in cake recipes.
She was able to make Floyd a super cool, and still incredibly yummy, dinosaur cake that was wheat free, dairy free, egg free, coconut free, nut free, and oat free.I honestly don’t understand the science of how in the HECK she made a cake that tasted SO good (better than just your average cake) that was missing all the cake-esque ingredients.
But she did.
And I want to buy one right now.
Sooooooo yummy!!!
Oh, and she makes King Cakes. If you needed another reason to love her.
So, if you need a cake and have any food allergies or want to just eat cleaner, she is SO your girl!!
